There could be a number of reasons this is happening including the server was taken down, the URL has changed, or the host may have disabled access from a VPN. You’re working on your computer and suddenly you get an error message that says “Access Denied, You don’t have permission to access this server”. Thus, when a website detects that there is something wrong with your browser cookies or your network, it blocks you and this is why you can't open it.
